History

Sneakers started off as early as 1991 as an avenue for those who wanted to pursue the game even after graduating from Hwa Chong. In addition, Sneakers was also formed as a sparring partner for the Hwa Chong team, since there were no other schools which were willing to spar with the team that had always been in the A'Division Netball finals for the past 25 years.

In 1997, we were very glad to have Adidas to sponsor the club for our attire and shoes. And ultimately, we named our competitive teams Sneakers Adidas Ace, Force and Speed.
